It is difficult to find the right words to thank you and your colleagues enough for all you have done for mum. Mum was very reluctant to accept support but with your sensitive, caring approach she came to recognise that you enhanced her independence. Without this support she would not have been able to stay in her home of 64 years. Mum felt that the carers coming in were more like her friends.

Apollo Care was absolutely fantastic and a godsend when I was nursing my mother in her final weeks at home. They were friendly, very profeesional and a reassuring presence during a very difficult time. They were efficient with paperwork, medicines etc, but most importantly, they were kind and sympathetic and very helpful with suggestions for getting further support from medical and social workers. I would highly recommend them.

I would just like to express our thanks for the care that is being provided for our mother. When she came out of hospital last year we had great difficulty finding an agency to provide the care she needed, then luckily social services gave us your number.

You came to visit us the next day and arranged to start the next week, it was such a weight off our minds. Now after 6 months we know that she is safe and getting the extra helps she needs with daily tasks. She looks forward to the days when Sharda visits, she says she is a breathe of fresh air, always on time and flexible and treats her as a friend.

We would recommend your agency to other families for the professional yet friendly care you provide.

Amanda and Rosemary have provided fantastic care to my mother -in law. We had a gap in the care plan and they were able to provide care at short notice. When we have to extend this further , again they were brilliant and provided further cover. it was a very stressful time for the family and they took all the stress away. My mother-in-law has advanced dementia and requires personal care and social activities. Apollo quickly formed a good relationship with her ,picking up on her likes and dislikes and getting her involved in activities that engaged her interest e.g. walks in the park, visit to a museum and going to church. Apollo also provided excellent personal care and ensured my mother in law was well groomed every day. They have been brilliant.
