“I am so proud of who we are, and I wanted to share some things about me with you, so you know what drives me and why I have such a wonderful team of fantastic carers with me. At the end of an interview with a potential carer, I will ask myself this question: would I have that person care for me or my family?

I am so passionate about our clients who we care for because I want to make a difference to peoples’ lives. I want them to remain in their own homes with the level of care that they need. I want them to become more independent, and if this is possible, then we will do our best to achieve this. This makes me happy.”

Diana lives with her husband and two daughters in Liverpool. In her spare time she enjoys music, theatre, visiting the cinema, farms and parks with her children and nieces and socialising with friends and family.

Paul lives with his wife and his dog in Liverpool. Paul has four children and six granddaughters. Paul is a lifelong Liverpool fan who follows the team both home and away. Paul’s favourite place of travel is Las Vegas and loves spending his time gardening and with his family.
